indulgence afternoon. Had beer, bar food and a few other snacks for dinner. Felt terrible afterwards. Only my 2nd or 3rd time of having a day like this after eating clean for six months. I guess I should be happy eating junk is no longer appealing. Can't wait to go to the gym tomorrow and for all the junk in my tummy to digest.
