Very bad week. I don't think "My Own Diet" is working out too well you guys....I feel like I'm whining all the time but man! Is this frustrating.

88.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 16.3 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Sorry your diet isn't working for you. :( Maybe you could look at some of the diets here on Fatsecret - you might find one that works for you!
