Oh boy, Mother's Day was quite the food-fest at my house. My older daughter came with the grandkids (younger daughter was out on vacation, grrr!!!) so we had a cookout. Somehow I ended up buying the food, WHAT??? Had some burgers & brats, watermelon, & these nice lemon bars, naturally ate WEIGH too much! Then there were platters of cookies at work on Monday, and the Staff Breakfast on Tuesday, and right now I feel so sick of food & overeating that I'm considering going on a SlimFast for a few days. I've done it before, I remember one time I lost 9 lbs in 11 days just having fruit & veggies & SlimFast. Of course it didn't stay gone, LOL! Story of my life I guess....
