Went to the gym even though my friend didn't make it - kinda last minute deciding to go. Only did a short weight routine but better than nothing. My older daughter had her appendix out yesterday and now I am waiting to find out when I can pick her up and take her to her apartment. Hopefully soon, they don't seem to be feeding her. My coworker made coffee this morning with two filters - pretty sure that just means that the coffee is very caffeinated. He doesn't care. We have to provide our own coffee so maybe I will just go out from now on and get rid of the coffee maker. He could go and get the pods for the machine in the other office so maybe I will just stop having him make the coffee. So I am a little jittery today, not terribly hungry, will make up for it later because I am going to the gym tonight with my friend and need to have calories for that. Have a good Wednesday!
