Finally broke a long plateau of up down up down. Being I loved the Weight Watchers meetings, the friends, their stories, all the suggestions and the Keep coming back I hung in there. We do go to the gym and do senior exercises but have found, once again, the friends, the encouragements, and the feeling good feeling keeps me going. I actually cut my grass yesterday and pushed my step count up. We have so many tips, ideas, and friends on here my circle is complete.
