I made it past my next mini goal of 190! I am now in the 180's and when I was thinking about it today, I realized that I have not been this weight since before I was pregnant with my 23 year old son! I was about 185 when I met my husband over 25 years ago. My goal is 180 and it seems more and more attainable with each new low. :)

I started out the day with a 4 mile walk to the gym. Then I did a one hour spin/pump class with 30 min on the bike and 30 min of upper body exercises. Walked another mile to meet hubby after the gym for lunch. Then I came home and did a little housework and yardwork. Warm sunny day outside, but not as humid.

Measurements today (April 6 in parentheses):
Chest 40 (42)
Waist 35 (38 1/2)
Hips 42 (45)
Thigh 22 1/2 (25)
Bicep 12 (13)
