Summer is a great time to diet.

You can eat all you want of fresh 'live' foods. These live foods are full of nutrients and enzimes that are normally killed off in the cooking process.

The benefit of many fruits and vegetables is that they are great for nibbling. You can graze all day, keeping your sugar levels high, so your body remains in 'fat burning' mode.
