It's exam season and notoriously I end up losing weight because of stress, however as I've improved my anxiety a bit (small steps but I'm pleased) rather than despair with food I'm snacking on biscuits! Any advice on helping to reinforce my discipline during this period? And I hope fellow students do well and ace their exams 💪
