In a blender, put:
1 scoop (~30g) whey protein powder of choice
75g sliced frozen banana
6-8 ice cubes
150ml water
BLEND
1/3 teaspoon xantham gum
BLEND
Decant into a bowling and sprinkle cinnamon on top!
Around 180 calories, 20C 25P 1F
And very filling!
