Went to the gym again tonight, but just did treadmill for about 30 minutes. Got a couple miles in though, so it added a little to the daily exercise. I got home from work and sat down to eat dinner with hubby and then he asked if I was going to the gym. I told him I wasn't planning on it, but when he said he was going to just sit on the couch and watch TV, I decided to go for a short trip to the gym. Tired now and early train tomorrow for work, so good night all. :)
