So far so good on Phase 2 of HCG. This coming Tues. will be my first full week on Phase 2 and I cannot wait to see the total lost after 1 week. Tonight will be a difficult test though as there is a huge birthday party that I am attending and I'm not sure how to measure food and the no alcohol thing will be no fun. When I did the 1st Round of HCG I purposely did not socialize outside of work.

I could eat before I go, or only eat raw veggies and fresh fruit that are approved.I just don't want to risk the progress that I've made so far. Tomorrow morning on the scales will tell how well I do.
