Looking for some advice. Ok, so after doing the yo-yo thing for many years and having a significant amount of weight to lose quickly, I’m giving this a go. I am in heart failure and need to lose it before they will operate. I’ve spent years doing slimming clubs and fad diets that just never work. I am having a go at calorie counting instead as well as cutting out carbs and sugar. I am unable to take up exercise although I do walk around 5km a day at work. Can anyone advise me on how many calories a day I should consume in order to lose weight! I have researched on the Internet but I have seen so many different answers. I thought I’d ask on here as many of you look as if you’re doing so well x
