My scale is messing with me. Got on: 163.3! OMG down two pounds. Brushed teeth, had a tinkle, reweigh. WTH 165.4! Same as yesterday! Maybe I need a new battery. Or troll traps. Anyway, had dinner with my daughter yesterday so off the plan but planning to adjust today and tomorrow. Busy weekend, not sure what we are doing to celebrate Mother's Day but I will probably see my mom at least. My brother No. 1 has a birthday on Sunday - I actually managed to get him a card which I don't usually manage. Got to get it in the mail today! Have a great Thursday - don't forget to hydrate!
