So I switched to black coffee so I won’t have all that sugar and cream in there 😋and I actually still love the taste

It helps a lot when you’re fasting good appetite suppressant 👍🏻 A lot of the time I’ll have a coffe and it will add up to be like 500 calories I counted it this past week so I decided to cut that out because I would much rather eat that 500 calories then drink it lol
