Well, apparently I lost another three pounds since my last weigh-in 10 days ago.

However, I do not recommend how I lost this weight: working almost non-stop, sustained by adrenaline and very little sleep. It'll be very interesting finding out how many pounds of refuse I hauled from my old garage and basement. I literally filled a dumpster, a fifteen yard dumpster I think, in about 48 hours.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
