UGH!!! This is it!!! My goal this week is to knock out these last three pounds. Why are the last the hardest???

Because you are most likely in a healthy weight range for your height and body likes to hold on to what it has, lol.

It is, at 215 I am at my best. Quick and built. I have been as heavy as 245 with only 15% bf. Strong as an ox, but not as fast as I need to be since I am in the Military
