I seemed to have leveled off. My size is good, just need some toning but no clue how to proceed.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you measure yourself or use something that tells you your body's fat percentage? I don't remember what they're called but there's thoes fat Pincher things. They're usually only a few bucks. When toning up its good to keep track of your fat percentage as opposed to weight.

how to proceed? light weight and resistance training. there are many you can do at home with some simple things. Also consider yoga. This was mentioned in another post and is a great method for toning the bod. Youtube is a good please to gather ideas and things to do. You are in a good place it seems so for sure you will find what works for you and gets you closer to where you ultimately be where you want to be.
