Day twenty-two of my 90-day program was hard. I ended my 72 hr fast with 2 keto coffees and then walked 4 miles. I had to walk pretty slowly due to lack of energy. I had a good lunch, but my energy never really returned to normal. I ate a very small dinner and went to bed early.
I decided not to go to dinner at a restaurant this week. I just don't need the extra stress and it is not a special occasion. Crumbcake wants to go and promises not to give in to bread, potatoes, and dessert, but I know him, he will give in to weakness. Better to avoid it all together.
My weight loss is right on schedule, I hope to be down 2 lbs by Friday. People are starting to notice and comment on my appearance, that is encouraging. I am wearing shorts today, it is going to be in the 80's. Yay!
