I've decided to weigh once per week, rather than measure daily. So far I'm pretty happy with the diet, but I have a feeling my loss so far is simply "water weight". Next week will probably be a slower weight-loss week.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
