Anyone have any suggestions for this cause you can only read so much. I love yogurt. Any kind really, but never really the plain kind, which I know I should learn to love, but it's hard. Anyone know a low-sugar one that is also delicious?

Only add Stevia and your favorite fruit. It's a better choice

Are you omitting all forms of sugar from your diet? If not, I second Rosani's suggestion of adding fruit or a healthy alternative sweetener to your plain yogurt.

siggi's icelandic is good, low sugar vanilla is creamy and tasty. The other one I like is Stonyfield non-fat. I put raisins and nuts in it.

Just tried Siggi's and like it. According to the info on their label they have some varieties with agave instead of cane sugar. Might be an option if you're trying to cut sugar.

I usually hate plain, but I add stuff. So the 0% fage plain yogurt is 100 cals, 18g protein, I just put sugar free chocolate + caramel syrup in it and it’s like a dessert, but filling, and gets me protein. I do sugar free just for lower cal reasons. You can add whatever you want. Fruit etc. or mix it into a smoothie

I, too, don't like the plain by itself. Every week, I cook down a bunch of apples with cinnamon. I made them with a potato masher and put them in the fridge. I usually mix 1/2 plain, Greek yogurt with 1/2 apples, and I may add chia seeds that I keep made in coconut milk in the fridge, too. It's actually So good but mixes into a mess! I love to chew good instead of drinking it, but with a smoothie, you can always add veggies.

Siggi's or really any Skyr type. Higher protein, less sugar.

I used to hate plain yogurt now my favorite is Fage..it's super thick and filling with 7g per serving. As for flavor I just tried Dannon light&fit original greek 80calories per container and 7g of sugar..just ate banana cream and last night had tiramisu. I think 7g is pretty reasonable as I've seen some with much much more sugar even into the 20s

I add low sugar jam to plain greek yogurt, you can decrease the amount oveer time to achieve a low sugar high protein snack. Strawberry rhubarb E.D. Smith is my fav.

Siggis vanilla is the best one. Lowest sugar content and no fake anything. I put a big dollop of natural peanut butter on the siggis yogurt and eat it for breakfast.

Vanto~I was wondering how peanut butter tasted on yogurt..maybe it will be a good substitute for the ice cream covered in natural peanut butter that I miss so much.

Start with one with VANILLA and add stuff to it... that way, you can control the macros your body needs as you start (or end) your day.
