Okay, couldn't resist the urge... stepped on the scale and QUITE relieved to see THIS much of a difference between the "work" (a.k.a. EVIL) scale and my "bathroom" (a.k.a. GOOD) scale... besides, I think having the FS community holding me accountable has been a GREAT part of my individual success. BTW, pic was taken THIS morning at a Walmart, propped the camera up on a shelf, an "associate" thought it was funny that I held the pose till my timer snapped the pic. HEY, first time wearing (only) a LARGE shirt in two decades (past max was a 6X)!

Wow you look great! Congrats on the loss and good job on the hard work you’ve put into it! My family dr has a cake that’s 0.6 higher than mine and one of my surgeons has a scale that is about 2-3 higher than mine. His nurse says it’s an evil scale and weighs most people 5-10 pounds heavier than their home scales lol. It only hates me a little I guess ;).

You are doing great even when you don't think so. You look really good in a L shirt, and no buttons pulling either. You deserve the accolades.

Awesome indeed. Fitting that shirt is a far more important measure of progress and success that the number and any damn scale. GREAT JOB!!! You are doing amazing things for yourself! Keep it going!
