運動:健走(6.5公里/1小時)、室內腳踏車(16公里/30分鐘)、卷腹(50下/5分鐘)、滾輪(10x6下/5分鐘)、伏地挺身(30x2下/3分鐘)
心得:今天有點浮躁,可能是睡眠不足。

Breakfast: 1 roast chicken breast; 1.5 cups edamame
Lunch: 100 grams roast chicken; 1 cup broccoli; 1 fried egg
Dinner: 1 filet baked salmon; 2 cups edamame; 1 cup broccoli; 1 tangerine
Exercise: walk (4.0 miles/1 hour); indoor cycling (10 miles/30 minutes); crunches (50/5 minutes); abs roller (10x6/5 minutes); push-ups (30x2/3 minutes)
Thought: I was a little moody today probably due to lack of sleep.
99 kg Lost so far: 21 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

想請教你 幾乎每天你都有吃毛豆 毛豆不是碳水太高嗎? 是不是一個固定量就可以吃?

我純粹是愛吃。 100公克的毛豆含有16.5公克的碳水… 我剛剛才發現這件事 不過我最近也長了酮疹,沒有消退 所以我覺得定量應該就沒問題。
