this weekend was very hard. Cheated alot. This is my first week. So now I will get the motivation to do better next weekend. Took my brother out to eat for his birthday on Saturday, ate at Nifias for lunch and for dinner ate chicken boudin balls (2) On Sunday, at a bisquet for breakfast, lunch was shrimp Alfredo, dinner was some meatballs with red sauce. Not the best for the first week. At least next weekend I will not be going anywhere so I can fix the appropriate meals and maintain my portions the way I need too. The following weekend will be going camping from Thursday thru Saturday, I will just have to watch what I'm eating to maintain my current weight. I can do this, just need a little more motivation...
