Weigh in long overdue !!!!! I’m not thrilled with the numbers but I was 13 stone 2lb at my heaviest so I’ll take it!! First day of settling back into things properly and being clear and determined in what I need to do! I’m trying to take pics of my food and to track things religiously on here!!! Am also referring back to my food diary on here 12 months ago when I got below 10 stone! If I mirror the food I ate then I hope I’ll get the same results ! Fingers crossed !
