Just wanted to check on Monday morning and am down another pound. Its a great way to start the week. Gonna try to start increasing the exercise if my old body will allow it.
171.0 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 80.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
