Personal training session at 7:30 this morning! Pushed myself really hard 💪🏼👏🏼! Food wise: 30 days special diet to reset my body: no gluten,,no diary, no grain and no alcohol !! I actually did iT before and loved it ( have a little gluten allergy )
Body fat wise: 32% of my weigh is fat 🤢! My aim is to reduce it to 28%!!
A combination of diet, PT twice a week should take me there! 🙏🏻🍀
