I was pretty darn successfull in the diet area this week, not so much in the excersice area. Our family adopted 2 kittens wednesday so they have been taking up most of my time this week. Oh well, i still lost .8 of a pound. Just think how much i would have lost if i wouldnt have been a total slacker!
