One week down....it hasn't been too difficult this week but then there hasn't been anything special going on. Two sick kids have kept me from working out so hopefully next week I will be able to get to the gym at least once or twice. Food might be an issue next week. We have parent teacher conferences so three days next week I will be at school from 7:30-8 at night.Unfortunately food is usually ordered for both lunch and dinner. I am going to really need to track my points next week. Already nervous about that. Watched old home videos with the kids on the day that I stayed home when they were sick. Couldn't believe how skinny I looked..even the kids commented on it! I'm trying to use that to motivate me instead of depress me. All for now :-)
