Wow!! What a surprise - I did NOT expect to be down. My calorie count has been hovering around 1300 - 1500. Didn't think I could lose weight with that. OK, I said I wanted less struggle, maybe this is the result of that affirmation..........
70.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
