I read a few of your journals - keep up the good work. There is tons of good Keto information on the web. Check out dietdoctor.com. You can use their site free for a month. I have done that two times and always made sure to cancel before the month was up. Now I finally joined so I can use their info anytime. Good luck on your journey.
