bru 2 hari hahaha... lama yahh.. krn aku cm ngurangin kalori aja itu aja kadang kebabalasan dikittt tp olahraga juga jd lumayanlah.. hihihi semangat yaa

Ohh lumayan dong ya... Tp. Aku mmg usaha konsumsi kalori dibawah 1100 kkal per hari.. Hari ini aja dibawah 700 kkal.. Tp gak mesti sgt sih.. Hihihi.. Yg penting sehat yahh
