Since I am in the learning mode about how to be completely honest with my food, I actually don't find it that upsetting to have gained a pound. Small potatoes I say!! ha ha. I'm in the for the long haul to make a long-term lifestyle change.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
