I still am craving sweets.. I honestly didn't think I was so "connected" to them.
I am succeeding BUT every friggin piece of cake sends me. Last night went to the movies with my daughter... got popcorn for her. I resisted...but man... PLUS i didn't eat before... grabbed a Atkins bar...ate half. But...nonetheless...a loss. Thankful.
I have started to drink a green tea/peppermint tea blend... and TRYING to cut back on the coffee.
148.1 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 48.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Next time have someone else get the popcorn it won't be so tempting...The cravings get much easier to resist the longer you are on Atkins (if you follow the plan carefully). Good job on the loss.

You are doing great, FD. You should be proud of yourself. Popcorn is my toughest snack to pass up!!
