Aq puasa. Jam 6mlm makan oatmeal+shake herbalife. Trs jam 10mlm. Aq mnum yogurt. Smpe bsk jam 6 lgi kuat mbk. Kkal 320 sehari.

Iya kan lagi niat diet mbk.. Klo pas libur diet bs 1500kkal. Kdg kyk mau muntah. Tapi laper mata jd dimakan aja walau perut ini udh kenyang.
