昨晚運動完如果忍住沒有吃2個鯛魚燒和1/2盤炒飯,改吃蔬菜和肉類,今天應該可以降多一點吧🤦🏻♀️我看以後澱粉類還是留在白天吃,不要在晚餐的時候吃比較好🤦🏻♀️
