Have you tried intermittent fasting? What I do when I know I am going to binge is the following.
for a period of 20 hours before the binge, I eat and drink nothing but tea, minimal coffee and water. Then I eat and drink what I like during the binge. Immediately when the binge is over, I go another 20 hours with nothing but water.
It does take discipline, especially the after binge fast, but, this allows me to binge without gaining weight. This is my Christmas and New Year strategy as well.
I hope this helps you a bit. xx

Do not give up! I have the same frustrating struggle. It is a mindset for me and I do fall short sometimes but just keep going! Focus on what you have achieved already and be determined to improve every single day! If you think you can do it, you will! Challenge yourself and believe in yourself! The struggle is real but nothing worthwhile comes without hard work. Good luck, I know it isn’t easy.

Go to your dr. And get a script for duromine. Takes away cravings.

Duromine has been nicknamed "legal speed". It has very bad side effects like mood swings, insomnia, bad skin hair loss. You do lose weight, but, you put it all right back on. I have been on some form or other diet since I was a teenager. I have taken the diet pills, I have done the starvtion - you name it, been there done that. What I can tell you from experience is, there is no magic. The only winning formula is the one where you change your lifestyle. Your diet needs to be sustainable for YOU. I quite prefer eating plans where I do not feel deprived. Banting works for me. No carbs, true, but on what diet can you eat butter, cream, olives, salami to name a few - all high fat foods and yet I still lose weight AND NO CRAVINS. Diet pills are a short term solution which are going to make you feel like cr@p. I urge you to resist the use of them. You have much inner strength. All you need to do is tap into it and use it. You have got this, and you can do this without crutch of a diet pill. All you need is to use your inner strength and to get on the right eating plan that you will be able to sustain long term. As a serial dieter, that is just my two cents worth.

Just dust yourself off and concentrate on the now, not what happened yesterday. We all fail sometimes. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Hang in there- you can do it!

we all fall
falling is as easy as breathing
its not a diet but a lifestyle
no powder or pill will change you
if you dont want something you wont get it
it has taken myself a long time realise it is only food
live to eat
or eat to live

allow yourself one cheatmeal often, not a cheat weekend. And if you have to do take-out always opt for best choice where possible
