I believe I have reached the time of weighing in twice a week.
:) had a gain.. seems like my carbs went thru the roof...and I am trying to find out if I am doing it right. Very pleased with my loss this far..BUT want to make sure I start off right and don't have any bad habits that will be hard to change. Here's to the next 10 lbs.
150.7 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 50.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
