You're still losing (more than 2 pounds a week) according to you chart. If that is a plateau, it is got a nice slant downwards. I'ld say just keep doing what you are doing, but, I have to admit that changing something makes staying on plan more fun. Good luck! I once added lots of exercise by giving myself permission to go up and down th stairs in our house to speak to the kids rather than calling for them to come to me. It saved my voice and got me a a bit more fit. Of course, now I am trying to train them NOT to expect me to come to them!
