I purposely ate over my goal yesterday because I wanted to fuel up prior to going to the gym. I had a little wiggle room because I was under my set goal weight. I didn't get there until about 9:00pm. I got in a high intensity workout that I'm already feeling this morning. I had hit all activity goals before going to the gym. This morning I'm still under my real goal weight...
