Ugh! So sick yesterday thought I'd have to die to get better. Pretty sure it was a gallbladder attack--my first and hopefully last! Now I'm afraid to eat(I'm sure I'll get over that, lol). Anyway, a good lesson in what NOT to eat, and likely the reason for this week's loss. One more week of school for me, then I plan to double down on the exercise thing...want to try to make it more of a habit over the summer...we'll see. :)

Sudden sickness? That's not nice at all, I'm glad you're feeling better already. Good news on the loss though, even if it is down to nil intake, you can build on that kick start. :)
