I am due November 30th. I am fighting the pregnancy tiredness, but today I had a nutritionist check up and my iron is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy low. That could explain my constant feeling of cold and tired. She has me eating iron rich foods with a vitamin c rich food at every meal. Since I already bought groceries before I saw her, I will be having grapefruit juice with my dinner tomorrow night, ROFLOL! But if it works it will be worth it. My tummy problems are all gone, but had no motivation or desire to do ANY of my exercise today. I didn't even walk! I walk EVERYDAY! So I hope to be back on it tomorrow.
