aku mulai ocd tgl 26 okt kmrn. turun sih tapi ga banyak. hehe..
sminggu 2 kilo gitu, itu udah bagus blm ya

coba makan lemak misal vco, butter, jangan takut lemak, yg penting no karbo, no sugar, jam puasa diperpanjang (puasa 22-23 jam), pengalaman saya gitu dalam 35hari turun 10kg
