I'm walk-run just about each day and started a lifting program which I'm fairly strict with. I'm feeling thinner but my weight is staying the same. I still have a little belly fat that I'd like to burn off but the wife insists I'm looking too skinny. Is there such a thing? I eat my butt off each day (veggies and low carb foods). I still can't believe how easy this is. I do want to break the 170 mark though.
