I have been weining (sp?) myself off of phase 1 a few days early, but i'm still losing. Yesterday I had a sandwich with whole grain bread, and today I don't think I had any carbs, except for one french fry...oops. I am really not craving things I used to... it's crazy, b/c i was very addicted to sweets! especially chocolate, but now I don't really feel like I need to eat as much as I used to...it's somewhat unexplainable, but I hope it stays this way! I felt a big increase in energy level when I started this diet but for the past 5 days I have felt very fatigued in the afternoons, I'm not sure if it's diet related, or something else. Anyone else experience this?? It happened before i started phase 2. So...I know it's not from adding a few carbs. HOpe you are all doing well, and thanks again for the continued encouragement!

You have done excellently on this program in January. Since your cravings are gone, I'm sure it's Ok that you are on phase 2...As for fatigue, a lot of people on this site have said that in the beginning phase, but it won't last. Eat a bit of extra protein as a snack, that picks up energy.........Keep on trucking.....

You are doing great. Remember to just take it slow on phase 2. don't add too much back at once. You are rockin it girl!

Fantastic weight chart!! You're doing great. Part of phase 2 is trying to figure out if a new food you re-introduced is affecting you. Also sometimes when you eat more healthy carbs...more veggies and stuff that you were not use to before, it can cause a little nausea for a while, it will go away. Whatever you are doing is sure working for ya girl!
