Made it through the weekend. I did eat out and was shocked how fast you can rack up the calories at a breakfast buffet. It helped I had downloaded the Blackberry Application and was checking and logging calories. It stopped me from eating so much and I was trying to choose more healthy food.
I did go shopping and was pleased to find some different alternatives to bread, I am now buying sandwich and bagel thins, whole wheat and multi-grain only 100 calories a piece. I also noticed fat free doesn't mean calorie free.
