I was trying to wait until the 1st of February to really weigh, but, my clothes were getting looser and everyone was telling me how much they can really see the loss, so I just HAD 2 get on the scales...oh well...I suppose that I can still weigh every week, as long as I keep my monthly goals.
Speaking of monthly goals, I don't think I'll hit mine, (170 lbs by Feb 1st) but that by no means, means to quit trying to reach that number anyways.
I'm contemplating having a cheat day on Valentine's...but I'm feeling a little wary of this...I feel in my heart that I should just go on as planned and not cheat until I hit 150.
What do you guys think? I highly value your opinions!!!
