Ate a little bit too much and the anchovy pizza was a bit much and that is why I gained half a pound the anchovies are loaded with sodium and the cheese did not help. Not to worry I will drop some weight today and feel good about the whole thing. Good to myself and I feel in the next week I will easily be below 210 and that will be wonderful.
