water fasting hari ketiga. so far loss 2.2kg :) tp saya agak cheating kmrn minum 1 sendok madu.
53.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Kebetulan kerjaan saya duduk di depan komputer seharian. Jadinya rada hemat energi juga. Yg masalah adalah pusing-nya. Akhirnya saya minum madu buat ngatasin pusing tp ttp lanjut.

@cikiss selama water fasting saya ga olahraga kak. hanya peregangan dan jalan kaki buat belanja 2km pagi / sore. selebihnya sy kerja dpn computer, masak, cuci, bebersih dll :)
