I'm yo-yoing which is not good. Ate out a lot this past weekend. It was hard to keep away from the hidden carbs. I think I actually had 140 at one meal. Starting over again. I need to hit 169!
79.8 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week
