After my car accident, I kept on seeing my car spinning out of control and smashing into the rail, even though I missed this car and that truck and that semi, in my mind, I was tortured. As I envisioned my car spinning out of control, I let my life and the things I care about spin out of control as well. We started eating out, I stopped cleaning my house, I stopped doing laundry, and I stopped eating right. What the heck? I totally just gained 10 pounds in three months because I let myself lose sight of how important I am to the Lord, James, my future kids, and ME.
